Aēsop ︎︎︎  ‘Anatomy of Generosity’

‘Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.’  - William James

Aesop tuned-in to the world and used its 250,000 gift kits as opportunities to share a simple idea: Generosity. ︎︎︎ Celebrating everyday acts of kindness, ‘Anatomy of Generosity’ was introduced via a collection of gift kits whose impact reverberated beyond the first exchange.

Named after five nurturing, equitable society’s roles: ‘The Listener’, ‘The Advocate’, ‘The Forager’, ‘The Protector’ and ‘The Mentor’ - were aligned with five causes supported by the Aesop Foundation.

Each kit also served as a token of recognition, offering the gift purchaser an opportunity to recognise and match the virtues of its recipient.

A happy collaboration ︎︎︎ Aesop x Commission Studio

Honoring Aesop’s B-Corp certification, the packaging’s design in recycled paper pulp, followed reductionist design principles. Die-cut ‘illustrations’ introduced weight reduction and transparency.
